production project was officially registered in Qingdao Pingdu City Bureau of
Industry and Information Technology, marking Hailir The construction progress
of the Hengning Biological Project of the Pharmaceutical Group has taken a big
step forward.
Previously, Hailir Pharmaceutical Group Hengning
Bio-Phase I diafenthiuron, chlorfenapyr, difenoconazole, propiconazole and
other technical projects have been officially obtained by the Qingdao Municipal
Ecological Environment Bureau on December 28, 2020. The approval marks the
official start of the construction of the Hailir Pharmaceutical Group's annual
production of 40,000 tons of agricultural chemical raw materials and
intermediates.
April 2020, Hailir Pharmaceutical Group's
40,000-ton agricultural chemical raw materials and intermediates project was officially
approved by the Qingdao Development and Reform Commission. The total investment
of the project is 2 billion yuan. The project address is located in Qingdao
Pingdu Xinhe Ecological Chemical Technology The industrial base covers a total
area of 429 acres, with a planned construction area of 1,51065 square meters, a
newly built construction area of 69,454 square meters, and 1,320 sets of
equipment purchased in the first phase. It mainly produces 2,000 tons of
dichloroacetophenone and 6,000 tons of triazole. 2200 bromopyrrole, 2200 tons
of diisopropylthiourea, 800 tons of dichlorotrifluoromethylaniline, 1438 tons
of diisopropylaniline, 1810 tons of diisopropylphenyl isocyanate, 2500 tons of
3-bromo-1- (3-Chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid, 1500 tons of
ethyl methylpyrrole formate, 1200 tons of oxadiazolone, 3325 tons of phenyl
ether ketone and other technical and intermediate products.

construction.
